Return Process
Email us at service@allchicful.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if covered by us) may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
